How long does onboarding actually take?
Most teams are live in an afternoon. Adding the widget takes 5 minutes. Training the knowledge base takes 20–30 minutes depending on how much content you have. You can go live with partial training and improve it over time.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
Every AI reply is marked as a draft — agents review before sending. You can configure confidence thresholds so lower-confidence replies always go to a human for review.
Can I migrate from Zendesk or Intercom?
Yes. We have a one-click importer for Zendesk and Intercom that brings over your tickets, contacts, and macros. Migration typically completes in under an hour.
Does the AI train on customer conversations?
No. Liya only trains on content you explicitly upload or connect. Customer conversations are never used to improve the base model.
What languages are supported?
The AI reads and responds in 30+ languages automatically. It detects the customer's language and replies in kind — no configuration needed.
