Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Liya platform and all associated services provided by LiyaEngine Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Liya platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Liya on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Liya.
Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may use Liya only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use Liya to transmit spam or unsolicited messages; upload content that violates third-party intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code; interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure; or use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.
Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle depending on your selection. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. If you fail to pay, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account after reasonable notice. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.
Free tier and trials
We offer a free plan subject to usage limits described on our pricing page. Trial periods, where offered, convert to paid plans at the end of the trial unless cancelled. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with 30 days' notice.
Intellectual property
Liya and its underlying technology, including AI models, product design, and documentation, are owned by LiyaEngine and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property. By uploading content to Liya, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you.
AI-generated content
Liya uses AI to draft replies and process support tickets. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI drafts before sending them to customers. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Data processing
By using Liya, you appoint LiyaEngine as a data processor with respect to any personal data processed through the platform. Our data processing obligations are described in our Data Processing Agreement, available at liyasupport.com/dpa, which forms part of these Terms for customers subject to GDPR or similar laws.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liya's total liability arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Liya be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law, with notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use Liya ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy (typically 90 days after termination).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of Liya after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
