Shopify integration for AI customer support
Connect your Shopify store and let the assistant answer order questions with the customer's real order, instead of pointing them to a help page.
What the assistant can do with Shopify
Where is my order, can I return this, is it in stock: these questions fill an e-commerce inbox, and each one needs a look in the store. With Shopify connected, the assistant can look up orders and customers, check stock and start a return, according to the tools you switch on.
To protect customers, it looks up an order only when the customer gives a reference such as an order number. It does not give out customer details on request.
- Look up an order and its status.
- Find a customer's recent orders.
- Check whether an item is in stock.
- Start a return, after the customer's clear yes.
How you connect it
Sign in to the app on its own page. It takes a minute, and you can disconnect at any time. Then choose which of the app's tools the assistant may use, and on which channels. Keep the list short: the fewer tools it has, the clearer its job.
Anything that changes your data waits for the customer's clear yes. On the phone, apps are look-ups only for now.

No. The customer must give a reference such as an order number, and the assistant does not give out customer details on request.
Which channels does it work on?
Chat, email, WhatsApp and text, wherever you switch the tools on. On the phone, apps are look-ups only for now.
