The Zapier integration lets you connect LiyaSupport to thousands of other tools — CRMs, project management tools, spreadsheets, communication platforms — without writing a single line of code. Use Zapier to automate workflows that go beyond Liya's built-in automations.

Connecting to Zapier

Generate an API key

Go to Settings → Integrations → API Keys → Create API key. Name it "Zapier" and select the scopes your Zaps will need (typically tickets:read, tickets:write, contacts:read).

Search for LiyaSupport in Zapier

In Zapier, click Create Zapand search for "LiyaSupport" as your trigger or action app.

Authenticate with your API key

When prompted, paste your API key. Zapier will verify the connection by making a test API call to your workspace.
